Dylan Dining Table: I love the simple materials used to create this dining table (shesham wood planks, powdercoated, sandblasted iron) and the graphic look of the base. A nice departure from a standard vertical leg, but still simple and easy on the eye.
After the jump, a roundup of more furniture, fixtures and accessories that stood out to me while flipping through the latest CB2 catalog. All photos from www.CB2.com.
Shelf Bed: It's always a great idea to incorporate a little storage into a bed. It would be really nice if there were drawers in all those hollow spaces underneath.
Banquina Chair: Great frame detail on the back of this slipper chair.
Tesso desk: Nice lines. Would be nice balanced out in a room with some warmer materials, like wood and lots of soft textiles.
Birch Storage Boxes: Such a pretty stack. Would be great for holding office supplies or in a bathroom that needed some extra storage space.
Fujiya table and floor lamps: I love the natural wood base and the exposed cloth cord. I am really liking this trend of light fixtures that embrace the cord and make it beautiful rather than just hiding it.
Slip C Table: Simple and nice looking side table that you could slip over the edge of a sofa so you can have your coffee or a snack right next to you.
Torino Desk: A nice way to be able to hide away your work at the end of the day. Just slide open the table and drop it all in. The desk basically swallows it all up. Also has cord cutouts for adapters. Would be nice to embrace the visible cord trend and actually wire the table so that there is a beautiful cloth cord that you can plug into the wall, and an outlet inside where you can plug in your electronics.
